Was this photo taken in England or France?

My dad though England, but the back is a Carte Postale, perhaps they didn't have time to print the photo in England, and did it later in
France with french photo postcard paper...
Any thoughts?

My late father wrote of this photo :
"Group of Soldiers by bannack building (18) (163 Battery) Drivers? probably taken in England training camp, taken just before going to France/Belgium spring 1915, note thatched building." in another note he wrote 263rd B Battery 84th Brigade RFA 18th Division Eastern in Kitcheners 2nd Army BEF... not sure if the second note is relevant to the photo.

My grandfather Charlie Alfred Collins b 1896 England is seated in the front row on the bugler's (center) right hand side. This buglar taught Charlie to play the bugle.

That photo could have been taken on either side of the channel as thatched roof were common on both sides at that time, and there are not enough elements to identify the location.

Carte Postale is definitely French for post card - It most certainly would have been printed in France and not England.

Collins married into my family, do you have any relatives going back who came from Isle of Man and Liverpool, London? Auctioneers and Printers.

Happy Family Tree hunting.
Good Luck
