I assume you're referring to a stillbirth or death soon after birth.

- Add a spouse to the mother, leave it unnamed (??) and change the relationship from marriage to partner.
- Add a daughter to this couple with same birth and death date.
- You can name the child however you want. I personally use "_s" and "_d" for unnamed son or daughter, so it doesn't get confused with initials.
