Unable to upload DNA

Hi,

I have been unable to upload an Ancestry DNA file or a myHeritage DNA file. I have tried on different days. It doesnt seem to work

I have reviewed the help and am following all the steps.

Note: I tried using Chrome. It gave the same error

Be sure that you upload the zip file you have downloaded from MyHeritage. You must not unzip the file.

I just tried again today from Ancestry with a brand new zip file from today. I am still getting an error.
