I am not completely certain I understood your question, so please forgive me if my answer is irrelevant to your question.

YFull lists the SNP's or variants associated with each haplogroup, and separates each SNP in the list with an asterisk (the little stars). Each SNP may have multiple names, and the names are separated with forward slashes. Why would SNP's have more than one name? Because different genetic groups, geneticists, and companies discovered and named them independently, usually by a prefix unique to their group, followed by an index number. (You can see a good list of those prefixes and organizations here: https://haplogroup.org/y-snps-name-prefixes/ )

So in your red lined example, there's one SNP with 3 SNP names - CTS3818, PF2668, and M3690. The next SNP in the list is P143, which is also known as PF2587. I hope this helps?
