Coincidence by X cromosome

Hi, a question pls: if a had a match with a person by a segment of my cromosome X, is this person my relative for my paternal family?

Hi,

As a woman, you have inherited an X chromosome from both parents, but you have not inherited one from your paternal grandfather (or any other man's father in your ancestry). These charts explain the transmission better than words can:

Since the X chromosome is recombined less often, a common ancestor can be much further back than would be expected for that segment size.
